Hi All, I'm fairly new to QARun so I'm sorry if this is a remedial question, but I can't find an answer anywhere else.
Basically I have a script that tests to see if a certain button appears in an internet explorer window, and if the button exists then to click it. However, there is a link on the page that has the same name as the button and if the button is not present the script clicks the link (which causes about 12 windows to be open by the end of the script as I test for this several times.) Here's my code:
If IsWindow( "~N~IEXPLORE.EXE~TD~Home", 'Visible' ) Then
MouseClick 5, 5, 'Left SingleClick'
I have also tried
Attach( "~N~IEXPLORE.EXE~TD~Home", 'exact' )
Neither of which appear to work, it always seems to click the link which appears as "~S~IEXPLORE.EXE~A~Home" when I identify it in QARun. Is there anything else I can do to explicity tell it not to click the ~S instance?
