Presuming there are no changes to the object map schemas in the versions you are working with, you can just edit the schema version number at the top of the exported Object Maps (they're just text files) to match the schema you want to import to.

if your using Access, do a search on the machine that the database resides for files with the extension .cv* - database backups for Access are created before conversion and are stored as .cv1, .cv2, .cv3, etc. You should then rename the file with the extension of .mdb and hopefully have one from the previous version that you where working with. Any new scripts, checks, events, etc. can be exported from the old database before reverting and then imported to the previous database.
