Is there really a limit on .csv files?
Have you called Compuware and asked about it?
How big it?
Have you ever considered putting your data in some database table(s) instead of a .csv file? I have found putting test data in a database is faster and easier to maintain. You can put indexes on columns and do all sorts of neet stuff.
Have you tried deleting the inx file? Some times they become corrupted.
