See that thing called replay.attachtimeout? That's how long QARun will wait before tossing a runtime error. Assuming your controls are instantiated within the time period specified (default = 20 seconds), QARun will synchronize. You can alter the default to any value you like, and this is how long QARun will wait for the controls/window to appear. The synchronization commands exist for applications which require or are better automated with additional synchronization.... or were you under the impression that one-size-fits-all in testing tools?
