QARun bug fixes
I would like to get some feedback from veteran QARun users about their experience with getting bug fixes from Compuware. For serious bugs (ie QARun crashes/hangs), how long has it taken to get a fix? What is your experience with the support staff with regard to technical competency, follow-up, professionalism and overall responsiveness?
Our company started using QARun about 4 months ago and has been experiencing serious difficulties in this area with Compuware, (especially with QARun driving character-cell applications via a terminal emulator) and I would like to learn if my experiences are common or are an anomoly.

Fortunately I have not had any major crashes/bugs to work out. I have had mostly compatability/usability issues. I have also found that it is dependant on the technician you have assigned to the case as to the speed, and accuracy of the resolution. Some are better than others.
