REXX with Hiperstation
I notice that several of you are using REXX with Hiperstation. We also have a playback test using REXX to manipulate a small amount of data in the script. But, the performance seems poor. I have reviewed all the manuals, but to no avail.
Have any of you learned anything from practical experience that you could pass on?
Here is the simple REXX:
<ALLOCATE TPNAME=TSTS SENDER=CIU3CA11 RECEIVER=CIP1CT11 LOGMODE=CICSISC TYPE=MAPPED SYNCLVL=CONFIRM SECURITY=NONE STIME='2008/10/07_15:15:10.158840' FTIME='2008/10/07_15:15:10.183404' CONVCORR='-AAC' LUWNAME=BOCHQU.LTC10206 LUWINST='1B4D62C3E790'X ,
A = 5 + 7
A1 = random(10,44)
A2 = e2a(A1)
B1 = random(1000,9999)
B2 = e2a(B1)
<REPLACE FIELD=(163,A2) FIELD=(169,B2)>
E2A is a routine that was provided by Compuware.
Re: REXX with Hiperstation
I believe this is misplaced.
