Does anyone have any information on QALOAD's internal cookie storage? That is how it actually functions and what limitations/assumptions it may have?

I have an AUT that runs within ONE browser running two .net web application windows. The main browser sets a cookie and then the two .net apps in the browser set a ASP .Net Session ID cookie. The cookie names are the same and it seems that depending on which app was last to set the cookie, QALOAD takes that version and sends it with all subsequent http requests?

Is this a limitation? Any help with this would be appreciated.
