I've only gotten this error in Workbench Validation, most often at the beginning of the script. It seems the Workbench playback functionality is not as robust as the Conductor/Player Agent is.
It is generally seen as either a bug in the script or an error on the player PC. If you get this error at the same location in the script every time, then there must be an error there. If not, verify that the player PC is not being over utilized.
Otherwise, if you are getting this often in Workbench at different lines in the script, or at all via Conductor/Player Agent (and the player PC is not over worked), then you should call Compuware support.
