How to call stored procedures in Oracle vir QALoad (OCI)?
I have a small problem with calling stored procedure in Oracle via QALoad (OCI). Database is Oracle 9.2, I have OCI libraries for Oracle 8.0 (no problem, I made some tests with them and withou problems).
My problem is when I try to call procedure "call DO_IMPORT(p_ignore=>true);" - input parameter of procedure is BOOLEAN. After that call, QALoad write on output 'missing right parenthesis'. I have no idea why?
For example, if I try to call another procedure "call MAKE_XML(p_date => '01.01.2006')" it is without problem, procedure run succesfully.
I had an idea and make another procedure which I stored in database: procedure DO_IMPORT1(p_ignore VARCHAR2) - input parameter as VARCHAR2; if I call this procedure "call DO_IMPORT1(p_ignore => 'true')" - now it is without problem and procedure run succesfully.
So the question is: how to call procedure which have input parameter as BOOLEAN? Is it possible, or is it some QALoad (or OCI) error and I will be unable to call that procedure with input BOOLEAN parameter?

It's been a while since I worked with Oracle in QALoad. It may very well be a bug. Have you inquired with Compuware? If it is a bug, they may have a fix.
