I have installed QA Load 5.02. I didn't have any problem with the java scripts developed in 5.00. I am able to use them. If i try to create a new script, its automatically getting generated in C++. How can i set QaLoad to generate scripts in java.
The new C++ based scripts are the future direction of all Oracle Forms Server middleware scripts - they're actually a little easier to use once you play with them for a bit.
There is no way in QALoad 5.2 to generate the script in Java - that is a thing of the past. It is important to note that starting with the next release of QALoad beyond 5.2, your Java scripts will stop working. This leaves you with two options: Either revert back to QALoad 5.1 and use it to create and execute your tests using the Java-based Oracle forms scripts, or begin recording all of your scripts in the new C++ script language and continue to upgrade as new versions come out.
