I am having some problems related to QA Load Scripting:
1) What is the difference between universal and www sessions.
2) What is the functionality of this command inserted in my script during recording:
3)How can i record an intranet application.
Re: Scripting Issues
1)The Universal session allows you to record calls from multiple middleware applications within a single Script Development Workbench session. In your case if you want you can choose to record Winsock and WWW combination.
2)DO_Http sends the request to the server. Any responses to the request are then processed by DO_Http and returned to the script. In your case you made a request to http:15.11.175.....)
3)Recording intranet application is no different than internet applications. As long as they generate HTTP traffic you'll be able to capture them using QALoad and load test it for performance. If you want to make things more complicated then I have to ask you if you're running a Proxy Server in your division, if yes, then you have to configure your QALoad Record option to handle your Proxy configuration.
Hope that helps
