connecting to remote Server Analysis Agent(s)
I'm preparing to begin a project in which I will be using QALoad for some performance testing of a client's multiple WWW apps. The QALoad installation (Conductor, WorkBench, & Players) will be done at a remote lab. The actually servers that need to be monitored (webserver, dbserver, ...etc) are housed at the clients site. Hence the plan would be to install QALoad's Server Analysis Agents on these machines at the client site. My concern is being able to communicate with the Agents from the remote lab. The lab environment is not part of the clients network. I imagine it should be as "simple" as the client granting firewall access and providing me with IPs and authentication info for the servers to be monitored. Anyone have any experience they can share?
Thanks in Advance!
