    QALoad function information

    Hello..

    could anyone tell me if there is a function in QALoad that can convert from ASCII to EBCDIC?? or from char to octal for that matter..

    Not as far as I am aware, but this ought to do it (ascii <-> ebcdic). This was found in google (author Michael Benzinger - sorry I couldn't post the link):

    thanks for the code.. id used a quick fix by using if statements within the script for a quick switch between ASCII and EBCDIC.. will try this out... thanks again
