For information about Compuware's products have a look in these forums or have a look on their website www.compuware.com. Also, when you have purchased the products and received a login id frontline.compuware.com is a (quite useful) resource if you have problems. All the manuals are there too.
Compuware's support is not bad, at least in my experience.

Compuware have an integrated approach to testing. Thier tools cover the testing process right from requirements mgmt through to defect tracking. From my experience, I have found that all of thier products offer good all round functionality. Regarding tech support, Compuware are one of the most helpful organisations' I've worked with, when I've encountered issues.
