Below the Client Throughput Report Graph there is a table that lists counter information, including WWW 4xx client errors. Is there a report I can generate that will show exactly what the errors are rather than grouping them under one heading?
Depending on the website and script, much of the time 4xx errors will cause the transaction to fail. I not, you should add better validation for each page (content check). If the transaction fails it will capture the .rip file so that you can see the errors. W/out causing the script to fail and generating the .rip file, the only other way is to capture all to log file and try to read that. Note that this type of logging cause significant overhead.
You could of course manually code to check the response status (call your own function after desired requests) and save the response to a file for 4xx errors or manually trigger a transaction failure to cause a .rip file capture.
