It actually IS a question for vendor support. In order to configure QADirector to talk to the various web pieces it needs, specific information is required about your setup. Compuware technical support people would by far be the best people to talk to.
Besides, it is a free call as long as you are licensed. No cost support from the people dedicated to support the product is the best option.
If you don't want to talk directly to tech support, I would try your sales rep to find local Compuware resources to help you.
You can ask any question you want. There are no restrictions. The only thing is that if it is a tech support question that can best be answered by the tool vendor, you will be told that in no uncertain terms. Just be ready for that.
Regarding your response to cateatemptor, no, it is not as easy as supplying a URL. We cannot possibly know the names of your servers or your URLs, so that is why you are being directed to tech support.
