Silktest vs. QA Wizard Pro for OSS Web application
I'm researching which software solution would be a best fit for our needs and I have narrowed down to QA Wizard Pro and SilkTest. We will be using the software solution to automate some of our functional/regression testing for some heavily-customized open-source Web applications (such as moodle, drupal, and mahara - mostly php-based running on a LAMP stack). So far I have tried out QA Wizard Pro and it seems to be focusing more on testing the "GUI," and I have not begin to try out silktest yet. Some questions here:
1. Is there someone out there who are using Silktest in a similar setting (that is, functional testing for open-source PHP-based web applications)? What's your experience so far?
2. Feature wise, how would silktest compare to QA Wizard pro? Pros and cons with each software?
Thoughts or comments would be highly appreciated. Thanks again!

Chuang, most likely you have good explanation for selecting Silktest/QA Wizard Pro for testing application built with free & open source software, but if I were you I would use open source testing tool in this environment.
