    Silk 5.0.3.1 Lost Class Recognition

I recorded a custom class in Silktest 5.0.1, Tidestone's Formula-One Grid ver 6.1. We upgraded to Silktest 5.0.3.1 and it worked for a few days and then lost recognition. I figured it was 5.0.3.1 related so I uninstalled and deleted every trace of Silktest and it still doesn't work. My OS is NT 4.0 Sp5. My Silk setup is Host/Target with a VB app with activex controls. The extension enabler has been used to enable activex for the exe.

Was it on a new build. What happened to me before was that the tags I'd chosen had changed. Thus causing magic (poof, gone!!).

Quick correction and it was back!

Re: Silk 5.0.3.1 Lost Class Recognition

No, the build of the app did not change at that time. Silk will not record the class correctly, it should see it as a OLEF1Book, instead it is a TTF16WndClass. I have a support call into Segue regarding this error. When a resolution is determined I will update this thread. See Sample below...

    ********************************************
    This is standalone
    [+] winclass OLEF1Book : AnyWin
    [ ] tag "[OLEF1Book]"
    [+] winclass OLEDataTable : AnyWin
    [ ] tag "[OLEDataTable]"
    [+] winclass OLEDataTableDB : AnyWin
    [ ] tag "[OLEDataTableDB]"

The above lines are really 675+ lines of code in methods and properties recorded with the classes.
    *********************************************
    *********************************************
    This is host/target
    [-] winclass TTF16WndClass : AnyWin
    [ ] tag "[TTF16.WndClass]"
    [ ]
    [-] winclass DataTable5 : AnyWin
    [ ] tag "[DataTable5]"
    [ ]
    [-] winclass DataTable5b : AnyWin
    [ ] tag "[DataTable5b]"
    *********************************************
