You can try to record window declarations based on something that does not change during different localizations. Maybe window ID or order of the components.
But to help you more you should post some details. Like what type of application it is and the script that is not working (along with relevant part of a framefile)

Okay, just been reading that. I see that if you upgrade to SilkTest 2006R2 you lose this feature if you previously had it with new license upgrade.

Erm, I don't think you are losing this feature, it is just that two products were merged into one. Now the capability to test International applications is included in the SilkTest already without the need to buy anything additional.
I have done most of my automation using window ID only.but in some case i have to us only caption to recognize an object. In that case i m creating object at runtime by passing caption string from by input sheet.but silk is not able to read that localized string in same formate & when i try to print that string it is showing "???????" & error displayed as .."?????? object is not uniquely identify"
Hmm, dunno what to do.
Try to upgrade to the latest version of SilkTest. Try to save your script as UTF-8 or UNICODE and instead of reading from an input sheet add the caption directly to the script as a hard-coded constant. That could help to pinpoint the problem.
