In my pc i have created some scripts. In my team member, they have also the same silktest version.they have not created any script. Can i share my scripts to their pc inorder to execute?.please any one know this share your experience.
of course, if i remember correctly if you have a file open on one machine that file will be opened on a second machine in a ReadOnly mode. But don't take my word for it... I honestly don't remember.
Another way is to use some sort of source control where you and your co-workers store your silktest files. Then you all will synchronize with a source control server and get latest versions of your testcases / framework on each machine.
I would suggest you to take this opportunity to learn about SVN ( Subversion ). Its an open source configuration management tool. As a tester, it might help you to have knowledge of SVN or any other configuration mgmt tool..
You can run the same (copies) of scripts on different machines at the same time. Each machine can have it's own copy of the scripts and should be able to keep synchronized by your configuration management tool.
