    Hi, I am using .NET application.
    I have window name as "Findloandata" and identified status bar under window as "sbfind".
    I want to get text from that status bar.

    Have you recorded the frame fully? sure ur status bar will be recorded and use StatusBarObject.gettext() to get the status bar text.

    Re: To capture (Get text) from Status bar

    What is the error being returned?

    If the error is not pertaining to function not supported for this class type, then try using GetContents() to retrieve text from the status bar.

    As testingdocs mentioned, would help to know the declaration class of the status bar.

    Re: To capture (Get text) from Status bar

    Hi,

    For getting the text of the statusbar, you need to take the declaration of the Blank IE Window.

    WindowName.ObjectName.GetText()

    Hope this will solve your Problem.

    Thanks,
    Vishal Kharge
