While recording "JavaJFCListBox" control it is working fine but during the execution of that perticular testcase when I tried to select an item in a JavaJFCListBox using the .Select( "<item>" ) method.
It is showing an error message "Window '[JavaJFCListBox]$javax.swing.JList' was not found"
Is there any another way to select the items from "JavaJFCListBox" ?
I'd recommend to find out why the control (JavaJFCListBox) is not recognized at runtime. The easiest way is to Run/Debug the code and put the breakpoint at the line where error occurs. Once SilkTest reaches that line exit the Debugger and run Record/Window Identifier on the problem control. If SilkTest properly identifies it, then it's most likely timing issue in your script (when you reference the control which has not been loaded), and you need to wait til control is displayed using Exists() method. If SilkTest doesn't identify the control the way you recorded it in your frame file, but still detects/records it, you would be able to see the cause of the problem and fix it by modifying the tag of control.
