I have been using it for about a week not with an MFC application and it seems to be behaving like Silk 7.5 did for us.
I also tested it against a .NET 2.0 app we will be testing in the future, and Silktest now sees it as a .NET app, but still doesn't see it as a SwfMainWin because we're using a ToolStrip control on it instead of a standard toolbar. SilkTest doesn't support ToolStrips and determines if a window is a .NET SwfMainWin by looking for a toolbar.
After installing st8.0 eval, using FireFox as default browser, I took a single testcase I had been using on IE to see what FF would do.
To my surprise, FF started loading http://validator.w3.org/check
to apparently see if my web site I am testing is
adhering to various web standards. Specifically
it ran my url through a Markup Validation Service.
It also spawned several tabs doing the same check.
It never executed any of the testcase steps.
Anyone seen this issue before?
