We basically, you have your script file (.t), which is where your script code is. Your result file (.res) which is the report you see, your object file (.to), and backup file (.t_).
    Life's a b***h and then you die.

Re: what is the file structure of silk test?

We have got .pln,.inc,.t files ,which we use basically and after running them we get .res file thats nothing but result files. after the compilation we get .ino and .to files which are the object files and also we get .t_ , .inc_ and .pln_ files which are beckup files.
the above files are the basic ones . We do have ather files also like .vtp , .g.t , .txt .

Re: what is the file structure of silk test?

    .pln for testplan
    .ini for window declaration
    .t for script
    .res for result

    The flow:
Write your TestPlan under .pln file
Do window declaration in .ini file
Write your script in .t file
Analyze the result in .res file.

NOTE: Under .ini file you can create Function, and Methods also.
    Thanks,

Re: what is the file structure of silk test?

hmmm... I've never used a .ini file for declaration, functions, and methods. But then again, I'm not certified. I've always used .inc files.
