HtmlPushButtons having same declaration causing problem.
Declaration of the HtmlPushButton is
[-] HtmlPushButton DeleteThisConnection2
[-] multitag "delete this connection"
[ ] "#5"
[ ] "$DeleteDirectoryConnection272"
Modified to [-] HtmlPushButton DeleteThisConnection
[-] tag "delete this connection*"
This declaration works fine if there is only one DeleteThisConnection button.
If there is more than one delete button then the message
*** Error: Window '[HtmlPushButton]delete this connection*' is not unique will be displayed.
Is there a work around without using multitags..
Thanks in advance.
Re: HtmlPushButtons having same declaration causing problem.
Is that a compilation error or runtime error? You have pasted the runtime error. Before clicking the button, set Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_UNIQUE, FALSE). But in this case, you have no guarantee that silk will click the same button as you wished...In this case it would click the first button encountered with the matching tag [caption]. If you want to click the third button use index...Before clicking, you can verify the caption and index through script, if needed...
