We have had numerous problems with our Java applications. Sometimes things are not recognized and then the next time they are. We have worked with Segue and they have agreed that what we were seeing is an issue with Silk Test. However, we have not seen a solution. I wouldn't be surprised if you are experiencing something similar.
I'm sure there are many people who have not experienced any issues with their own Java applications. I know I have worked with them fine in the past. I think it depends on the application.
From your sample, I find silk is recognizing the objects...
JavaJFCPageList("#1|$javax.swing.JTabbedPane") is the dynamic declaration of JavaJFCPageList...While recoding window declaration, if you don't get the declaration of this JavaJFCPageList, you can manually edit the declaration and add for JavaJFCPageList at appropriate level....
