Silk Test Automation - Command Line Reference need
We are running automation scripts for our application in weekends. And as a process we need to run 2 times and in second run we need to do only the first run failed test cases.
I can do it normally from the menu options after completing the first run. But I want to automate this process completely. Is there any commandline reference that will automatically trigger the failed test cases to run? or any function that I can keep in a plan file at that end to invoke for the second run
Appreciate your help
Re: Silk Test Automation - Command Line Reference
We don't have any built-in functions for that. If you are using Testplan, you can run the failed testcases. Otherwise, You have to design for this pbm.
While running the first time, log the failed testcases name in the textfile or excel sheet.
Write a function to read your log file and call the appropriate testcases. To do this, you can use main method into your script.
