I have a testplan with 12 testcases say A, B, C etc within that.
Each testcase in turn calls couple of testcases say A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,B3..etc
Now my test case H3 which is (apart)inside the testcase H is running good if i run the testcase H alone.
But if i run the whole testplan the testcase H3 which is inside testcase H is not running. But the testcases H1 & H2 are running good in both the ways.
My question is why it runs good if i split the testplan into 2 halves and run?
If not it get stucks in some the beginnig of that particular testcase.

I don't know how many test cases you have in a plan file but I used to run over 20 test cases and there is no problem.
I believe it's could be base state, timing or configuration (of the plan file) problem. Can you re-arrange the H3 as the first test case to execute and see if that solves the problem (you can make adjustement based on this result).
Does it even start the H3 or does it break while running?
My guess would be that something in one of the testcases A,B,C... is doing something that affects testcase H and causes it to hang. So when you run H by itself it doesn't run into whatever A,B,C... changed.
But really, without having an idea of what you are doing this is all guesswork anyway. My suggestion of where to start would be by aborting the script when it hangs and seeing what line of code its on and then working back from there to see whats causing it to hang.
