I am trying to move my script over to a test production system. The problem I have is that when I do serveral different operations on my test app. silk get the following exception:
silk test is unable to test your .net app. This likey caused by incorrect security setting or the incorrect ddls foudn in the global cache. see on line help....
I check the online help and everything seams to be ok. I had these same scripts running on a different pc without this problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what to check now?
I read your post here, and I hope you have solved your issue, since I'm getting exactly the same err msg, and
its truly frustrate me, since I'm out of ideas now.
But, I'm NOT trying to move or set them up to a new system.
I am testing a new build of .NET app,
its developed in Visual Studio 2005 and .NET 2.0 framework.
my env is:
* Silktest 2006R2
* valid .NET licenses
* .NET 1.1 and 2.0 SDK framework installed
the err msg I got is exactly the same:
"Silktest is unable to test your .net app. This likely caused by incorrect security setting or the incorrect ddls found in the global assembly cache. see on line help...."
I made sure the security setting and dll all valid of course, with no success...
fyi, i can test the older .Net app version which was built
with VS 2003 and .NET 1.1, I don't have any issue testing
this for months..
so I wonder whether the latest silktest 2006R2
does support app built by .NET 2.0 framework and VS2005?
