I have been experimenting using the SilkMeter mobile policy checkout feature so I can use SilkTest on my laptop in an off network mode. I am finding that the local (laptop) license file is corrupted whenever a license term expires (it is suppose to automatically checkin the expired license when it can reconnect to the network server). I can use smCmdTool to checkin the policy but getting a new one from the server has an equal chance of being lost in space and never being recognized on my laptop. The only recourse is to wait until the check out period expires and try again.

Has anyone else tried this feature? Advice is welcome. Thanks.
