Any luck on SilkTest bugs you reported to Borland?
- you call Borland Support to report a problem
- they give a Case number for your call and also a tracking number for the bug
- you get another e-mail saying that your Case is being closed since the bug was already reported
- then ?????
Were you able to find the status of a SilkTest bug you reported?
It was a little easier then when you go thru Segue support [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I logged a defect online and got an answer -- even a correct one -- lickety split. WHich I consider a vast improvement over Segue.
A concerned Borland customer, a fly in the ointment, a wrench in the works.
