Can\'t seem to get rid of an ignore class in mapping
I have a problem with Silk 503 un-ignoring a class that I removed. I used the class map util to unmap it and it still shows up in record as an ignored class even though I removed it. It's not in the class map list or in partner.ini.
The other problem is that when I try to class map a customwin to ignore it is ignoring the next layer down. I have a customwin (which I'm trying to ignore) and a toolbar inside of it. The toolbar is being recognized as a toolbar but the parent is a customwin. Really strange but when trying to ignore the customwin that has the toolbar itís ignoring the toolbar. Could this be part of the problem? That itís not recognizing which control to ignore and defaulting to the next known object with a class? Are you allowed to ignore a customwin?
Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm going to call Segue tech support if it's not just something I'm doing wrong.

Can you include a captured bitmap of in Text how the record declaration dialog looks like when you record that window?
