Does anyone know the ascii code for a soft return?? Thanks in advance...
I think it is Chr(11) and Chr(13) is a hard return ...
ASCII - 11 (VT) (vertical tab)
ASCII - 13 (CR) (carriage return)
ASCII - 10 (LF) (NL new line feed)
A 'soft' return allows you to break up a long line into smaller lines that will fit on your screen by entering <shift-return>.
There isn't an ascii code for one. The editor interprets a 'soft return' as a line that does not begin with either a [ ], [-], or [+]
The editor just uses these characters to logically insert the icons (or lack thereof) in Visual 4Test
what is soft return?
