SilkTest 2006 R2 SYS_Execute return value issue
I am running SilkTest 2006 R2.
I use SYS_Execute to run a command line executable which returns text results.
Sys_Execute("C:\Temp\NaviSecCli.exe -h 10.15.23.120 -dothis", lsOutput)
The real command I am running attempt to add a user to a system and when run from the CMD window returns
"Add user operation failed. The specified user already exists"
In previous SilKTest versions lsOuput would get set to the correct text return value. In 2006 R2 SYS_Execute is returning:
"[newlinecharacter]dd user operation failed. The specified user already exists"
The program is a C executable. I have tried to reproduce with a program I can provide Borland for debugging. But cannot.
If anyone sees this issue with newline characters or wrong output in SYS_Execute. Please post.
