Radio Buttons

I've recorded a Window Declaration for a dialog that includes a group of three radio buttons: Ascending, Descending, and Custom Order. They are recorded as three separate Radio Buttons in the declaration. In a testcase, I cannot select the second button (Descending) using a Click method. The error message is that the radio button is not exposed. I noticed in the online help that the Radio Button class is obsolete. Do I have to convert this group of buttons to a RadioList? Thanks.

I've come across the same problem. It's a development issue. A developer needs to set the exposed property for that radio button "on."

Re: Radio Buttons

try using...

Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED, FALSE)

or better still, be friendly about it and surround the call like this...

BOOLEAN bCurSetting = Agent.GetOption(OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED)
Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED, FALSE)
YourWindow.YourRadioButton.Click()
Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED, bCurSetting)
