I've written a simple script that logs into yahoo.
My frame file starts like this
[ ] //const wMainWindow = YahooMailTheBestWebBas
[-] window BrowserChild YahooMailTheBestWebBas
[ ] tag "Yahoo! Mail - The best web-based email!"
[ ] // The URL of this page
[ ] const sLocation = "http://mail.yahoo.com"
My script is like this
[ ] use "frame2.inc"
[-] testcase testcase1()
[ ] //property sLocation
[ ] Browser.LoadPage("http://mail.yahoo.com")
[ ] YahooMailTheBestWebBas.YahooID2.SetText("test")
[ ] YahooMailTheBestWebBas.Password2.SetText("jgskjci" )
[ ] YahooMailTheBestWebBas.SignIn.Click()
When I execute this script, it runs fine till clickin on the signin button, after which silktest loads the page http://mail.yahoo.com instead of the 'sign in's' resultant page
I referred help, and found out that silktest is reverting to the base state, but i dont know how to prevent this.
All help appreciated
Try using https://mail.yahoo.com.

Thanks Chris, that sure solved and I would like to know how?
I imagine that somewhere in the yahoo login scripts there is a redirect (to/through/?) the secure URL. I was surprised to see that mail.yahoo.com has an unsecure login page, but who knows. I had a similar issue once.
