I know this is a SILK Test forum, but I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction for help with SILK Radar, which I could not find on these forums.
My issue is that we have a license for SILK Radar for bug tracking. My company has switched to Empirex for company wide bug tracking. I wanted to start using SILK Radar for tracking of internal issues that we don't need to share with our sister office accross the country. I wanted to clear out all the workgroups and users in Radar and start fresh, but when I try to delete certain groups, I receive this error "Used 1 or more times in INBOX.Workgroup". I would like to avoid having to reinstall SILK and just clear out all issues, users and workgroups. I haven't found any help in Segues documentation for this issue.
Once again, I know that this isn't the forum for SILK Radar, but if anyone could help me out or refer me to a SILK Radar forum, it would be appreciated.
