    Custom mapping issue

    Hi,
I am testing Java Application with Silk 7.1 and in Window Identifier dialog its showing objects like below , I don't know why is he showing
    TextField("#1|$59648").

    ApplicationX.TextField("#1|$59648").TextField("#1| $59649").DialogBox("#1|$59664").TextField("ABC message:[1]|$1020")

    * I found that such thing is happening when I class mapped a Custom object to TextFiled ,

Please let me know how to proceed in this scenario.

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Custom mapping issue

One more doubt what if a custom class can NOT be mapped to any of the standard class , in this scenario how to proceed.

    Re: Custom mapping issue

From the above tag, I feel the textfield is directly under the main window. It seems it is available only from the dialog box.
If you are declaring under the ,main window( inyour case Application X, then the tag could be

    window Application X
    TextField Text1
    tag "[TextField]#1/TextField]#1/[DialogBox]#1/[TextField]ABC message"

    Hope this would help you.

    Re: Custom mapping issue

Seems the mapped calss does not actually denote a textfield.
Check what your mapped class actually is again and see if it is something else.
    Regards,
    Siddharth.
