Selecting an Item from Pop Menu after Clicking Right Mouse

    Hi Everyone!!!

This is my first posting in the forum. I am working with QA Partner. I had difficulty in writing the script to click the right mouse button and select an item from the pop up menu which appears on clicking right mouse button. Could any one help me with it.

    Thanks

There is a good sample in the Online Help, in SilkTest 5.0 at least. Bring up Help, Click on Index tab and search for PopupMenu class.

Re: Selecting an Item from Pop Menu after Clicking Right Mouse

We need a little more information to help. Tell us what you've tried. What specific errors are you getting? Did you try recording the actions? Can you record the popup window declaration? Are you using Microsoft Management Console? What platform?

    Thanks,
    John

Try the TypeKeys. TypeKeys works fine for Menu. It you use the coordinates. The sctips will break if you run on machine with different resolution.

    Window.TypeKeys("")

The initial post is 8 years old, so I'm sure it's not an issue for original poster now!
