SilkMeter doesn't care which machines SilkTest is installed on. It will issue a license to any machine requesting if one(license) is available.
It knows a license has been freed when SilkTest is closed down.
Have you ever noticed? Anybody going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac.
How does SilkMeter work if you uninstall SilkTest from one machine and then install SilkTest on a different machine?
