how do we do Spell Check using Silk?
Spell Check for the text on a webpage using Silk 6.5...
Re: how do we do Spell Check using Silk?
Short answer: you can't.
Longer answer: SilkTest includes nothing for checking for correct spelling, and even if it did, I wouldn't trust it. Just as I don't trust any spell checker.
For example, put the following into Word: "They looked through there books." Now do a spell check. No problems encountered. However, it shouldn't be "there"; it should be "their." Word's spell checker isn't bright enough to check for context.
So, what you should do is use Silk to verify the text on the page, but you will have to manually proofread the text to make sure that the expected value is correct. In the example above, you'd change the expected value to include "their" instead of what's on the page.
