Move directory contents to another machine.
I am using Silktest 6.0 sp2 on windows 2000.
I would like to know if there's a way to copy all the directory contents from one machine to another one when folder are not created !
Thank you !
Re: Move directory contents to another machine.
You can use the DOS command XCOPY. For each example..

code:

xcopy \\machine1\testResults \\machine2\testResults /E /I

This would copy the testResults directory from machine1 to machine2. /E makes it copy all subdirectories (including empty ones) and /I makes sure that if testResults doesn't exist on machine2 that it creates it as a directory. It might need a bit of tweaking, my DOS is a bit rusty. Check this link for details
