    Does QAPARTNER support COM, DCOM, OLE ?

    oes anyone know if Segue's QAPARTNER support COM, DCOM, OLE ? Well, if they do, then were can I get more information ?

    I got this responce from the QAPUser group posted by Stephan Lips:

    Depends on what kind of support you are talking about. COM and OLE support
    you can find for automation objects, such as ActiveX controls, however
    QAP/Silk has no support to call into COM/OLE dll's (or out-of-proc
    servers), i.e. you can't instantiate any COM or OLE objects from within
    QAP. Same for DCOM.
    Although the existing COM support is functional for most of the common
    application architectures, there are some instances where this is not the
    case.
    It is possible and fairly easy to write your own extensions to support
    COM/OLE/DCOM, assuming that your C++/VB is up to snuff. Else spec out what
    you need and contact a member of your friendly neighborhood dev team : - )
