CheckBox.Check() tries to check in a different position.
We have a HTML page, which has 2 frames: a left frame and a right frame.
The right frame has a borderless table, which can be recognized when the Borderless table level is increased to 0.76.
This table has dynamic rows, and each row has a check box. When trying to click on that control using CheckBox.Check(), Silktest tries to click on a different position (actually on the left frame).
When we try to record the action and place the mouse pointer over the checkbox, the square cursor blinks in a different place(in the left pane where it tried to click earlier) and not over the check box itself.
Can someone give pointers on why this could be happening and how to get around this problem.
Thanks in advance
Re: CheckBox.Check() tries to check in a different position.
I have seen something like this with IE 6 SP3 and apparently it is some bug with IE. Try tabbing or SetFocus to the checkbox and use the spacebar to check this checkbox via TypeKeys. Alternatively use GetRect to return the coordinates needed for a click call.
