Problem in LoadPage method
In my script I am using Browser.LoadPage method to load a web page (HTTPS) like this.
And the secure URL is like https://IP-Address:Port-No/
Normally what will happen is first it will open internet explorer and then in the location
bar it types the URL given above and hits Enter. After this, since the URL is a secure (i.e.
HTTPS) it will popup a security alert pops up asking for "Yes" , "No" and "View
At this point LoadPage method clicks on "Yes" to get an authentication window where in it
types username and password and hits "OK" to enter in to the page.
But it is not happening consistently. The problem we are facing is, once the security alert
comes, Silk is not pressing "Yes". Without pressing "Yes" it comes out showing error. The
problem is not happening consistently. It happens once in a while. Because of this our
scripts are failing. Could somebody help me to solve this issue ?
Re: Problem in LoadPage method
Have you considered using your own code to input the password?
1)Browser.LoadPage (URL); btw don't need to convert your variable to string because it's already a string.
2)click on "Yes"
3)set text for user and password
There might be timing issue, regardless of the reason, we won't be able to know because it's an internal function from Silk.
