I am using silk6.0.2 for automating web application. i've installed the application in my system and recording frame file and scripts. I encountered a problem when i was running the scripts on the same application but installed on different machine.
The problem is images are recorded with the full path in the frame file window declarations. Shall i remove the complete path and use only image name in the Window ID property? so that the tag would be just image name instead of comple url.
Can any one has the solution to it?
Thanks in Advance

Re: Web application GUI obj identification problem
Reddy K J,
It's not clear what error you are getting?
As per my understanding, you must be getting control not found' sort of error.
If this is the error, then try to change the tags of images to '*\imagename' instead of using complete url. Make sure that imagename is unique, and image is identified with this name.
Another reason might be browser settings. Make sure you are using same version of IE on both machines, and all settings of silk are also similar.
