It is possible to execute *.t file without opening Silk. Any batch file or something to trigger the Silk Application.
Look in Silk's help under 'command line switches'
Have you ever noticed? Anybody going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac.
To run the batch scripts try with plan (.pln) files
write the following command in a .bat file
"C:\Program Files\Segue\SilkTest\Partner.exe" -r "<Complete path>\test.pln"
in the test.pln file
now run the batch file it will open the silktest and plan file loads the option settings and starts running the suite
It is giving error as filename, directory name, volume label syntax is incorrect
If your question for my previous answer.....
Can you tell me where exactly the error occured
It's in Batch file or in Plan file where you tried to set option file
If it is in plan file then don't give complete path for opt file
if your plan file and opt files are organized as following,
then in the myplan.pln file set
optionset: ../Option\testsuite.opt at the top
in the Batch file say (Test_Suite.bat)
write the command as
make sure that SilkTest is installed in the following directory
