    Deleting cookies with SilkTest

I am a new user of Segue SilkTest (as in this is my first time using the
product to test one of our websites). I am reading in data to register a new
user, verifying that the new user is registered, recovering, and reading in
a new set of test data to register another user. My problem is everytime I
register a new user, a cookie is placed on my machine with an LDAP user id,
and the next time I try to register someone new it recognizes the cookie and
won't let me register. What I would like to do is somehow have SilkTest
delete this cookie after the registration has been verified. Does anyone
know how I might go about doing this?

    Thanks
    jjohnson

After registering each new user and before registering the next new user, perform a SYS_RemoveFile(sFile), where sFile is the path\filename of the newly created cookie.

Thanks Damian. That got me one step closer. One last question. Is it possible to use wildcard characters in conjunction with SYS_RemoveFile? For example SYS_RemoveFile ("c:\path\jjohnson@cookiename<LI>.txt") I've tried doing it this way, but it doesn't seem to recognize the asterisk as a wildcard.

SYS_RemoveFile() expects a fully qualified path and will not accept wildcard characters.

There is probably a way to include a wildcard, but instead, try:
