IE 6.0 on W2K and XP

When testing a site on a W2K system with IE6.0 SP1 the pages are scrolled into view and the links a clicked. (No special code was put in place.) When I run the same script on XP the Window is not scrolled into view and the link is not clicked. Is there something that is required to get the windows to scroll? Is this a problem with XP IE 6? Or have I lost what little sense I have left and wait for the straight jackets?

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">I vote straight jacket.

Compile the test again, but instead of running it take a look at the objects that you're interacting with using Record/Window Identifiers. If you see class designations and double-quotes in the results, you'll need to revisit the tags.

Have you checked the Agent options? There's a setting on the 'Other' tab 'Automatically scroll windows into view'. Make sure it's enabled.

    John,

Do you find that to be reliable?

I still must call it manually in many cases.
