    Text fields not enabled

Just took a new drop. VB client server app
Everything was working ok. Am now getting

"Error: Window '[VBTextBox]First Name:|[VBTextBox]^First Name:|[VBTextBox]$Text1' is not enabled"

when I try to do anything to any of the many text boxes on this tab (same general msg, different names).

Does it with all scripts using diff frame files on diff machines etc. So it IS global.

Tried using Agent.SetOption (OPT_VERIFY_ENABLED, FALSE) in front of the first text box reference, to no avail.

The objects are declared and record ok, but will not act on them once recorded.

    Any sugestions will be appreaceated

    Re: Text fields not enabled

Since is was working OK and now it's not, what did you do last? Check that first.

Otherwise, compile the test. What do you then see for this text field with Record/Window Identifier?

If you see a dynamic instance, carefully compare the recorded tag with the one in your declaration. Chances are fairly good that they don't match.

    Re: Text fields not enabled

Turns out that if you look in the verify window, the "Enabled" property is set to FALSE. I tried to set it with setproperty(), but it returned a "Read Only" msg.

Do you know of whey the (OPT_VERIFY_ENABLED, FALSE) in front of the first text box doesn't work?
